People are sometimes surprised to learn that while I work with clients from around the world, all my consulting is done by phone, Internet and email. Well, at first they’re surprised…. When they see how effectively the system operates, then they’re delighted.

Of course this saves you money. No plane fares, no hotel costs, no meal expenses. But the biggest advantage is that we get right down to business. My consulting is based on the concept of FAST and I work hard to integrate speed into all my efforts – from teaching you how to write and edit faster, to setting up publications that are super-easy to produce, to the very way in which I work with you.

Saving you time...

People sometimes worry that coaching will take up a lot of time. Nothing could be further from the truth. Thanks to the Internet, we can exchange files instantly. If you send me text, I can look at it while you’re off doing something else. Then I respond via email at your convenience – sparing you time-consuming and unnecessary meetings. I'm always available by phone, but if your time is tight, we can do all our coaching via email, which you can read at your convenience.

Delivering results...

For brainstorming, we can also exchange email, or chat on the phone while sitting at our computers examining shared files. A speaker-phone and a computer hooked up to a video screen at your end make this technique highly effective with even a roomful of people. My group tele-seminars bring training to your office, without anyone having to travel, and without thoroughly disrupting your day.

Getting comfortable...
